Consumer Friend recently became a member of BPESA (Business Process Enabling South Africa) the recognised Industry Body and Trade Association for the Global Business Services (GBS) Sector in South Africa.
BPESA is a not for profit entity dedicated to the creation of jobs and continued development within the industry. It strives to equip the industry with the kind of tools that will see it thrive by attracting global interest to facilitate new investments.
As a member of BPESA, Consumer Friend will be privy to these offerings which include skill development, SME support, pro-growth policies are implementation and liaison opportunities between local, provincial and national government.
Additionally, this membership will provide Consumer Friend access to BPESA associated business networks and associations, vital industry knowledge and best practices. All to ensure our services are of a continuously high standard on a global level.
